This is the ultimate, strong digestive enzymes. 120-capsule bottle.

These enzymes support digestion, increase nutrient absorption and support the guts microbiome.

This formula contains all the digestive enzymes needed for peak immune function, healthy digestion and proper nutrient absorption.

Enzymes that are included:

Proteases

Protease helps break down protein in food into amino acids, which the body can then use for energy, but where proteases stand apart is the fact that they also play a number of other roles in essential processes, such as:

  • Blood clotting
  • Cell division
  • Recycling of proteins
  • Immune support

Amylases

Amylase enzymes are also made by the pancreas and salivary glands. They help break down carbs so that they are easily absorbed by the body.

Cellulase

In order to digest properly the herbs, sprouts and greens, people need cellulase. This enzyme is naturally generated by bacteria, protozoa and symbiotic fungi. They can break cellulose. Cellulase enzymes differ according to their pH activity. Some of them are beneficial when working in a neutral or acidic environment, while others work best in alkaline environments.

Lactase

The biochemical reaction that involves lactase breaks down lactose, a sugar in milk and milk products.

Lipases

Break down fat into three fatty acids plus a glycerol molecule, which makes digestion easier.

Alpha-Galactosidase

Beans, greens (especially cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower) and heavy carbohydrate-laden foods can cause gassiness and bloating.

These foods have carbohydrates that are linked to proteins or fats (known as glycoproteins or glycolipids) which aren't effectively broken down in the gut; these poorly-digested particles then serve as a food source for intestinal bacteria. These bacteria ferment the leftovers producing hydrogen and carbon dioxide gas as byproducts. Excess gas is the culprit for most of the discomfort we feel when eating these foods. One enzyme that halts this process is alpha galactosidase.

Pectinase

People use pectin for high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and to prevent colon cancer and prostate cancer. It is also used for diabetes and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Some people use pectin to prevent poisoning caused by lead, strontium, and other heavy metals. Pectin is also used to reduce the skin flushing associated with taking niacin.

Risks

As with any supplement, speak with a doctor before taking digesting enzymes.
